What we Do

The mission of the SD EnergyEdge program is to reduce energy waste in San Diego commercial businesses, focusing on on retail, office, and wholesale businesses. Our experienced team has helped commercial customers in San Diego save 37,750,000 kWh and 1,345,000 therms, equivalent to the greenhouse gas emissions from 7,576 gasoline-powered cars on the road for one year. We collaborate with SDG&E^® commercial customers, like you, to identify low- and no- cost energy-saving opportunities for your business.

Our team can provide information about efficient equipment, application support and other technical information to help you select and install equipment that is best for your business and receive incentives to help cover the up-front costs

We can connect you with a pre-qualified contractor to assist with your projects

Our team provides resources to help finance energy efficiency projects

Who We Serve

To be eligible, you must:

Be an existing SDG&E commercial gas or electric customer on a qualifying rate schedule
Qualify as a retail, office, wholesale, or other eligible business type (e.g. entertainment, data centers, laundromats) served by this program. Not sure if you meet this criteria? Get in touch to find out.
Be located within SDG&E’s service area
